The team at AERO is proud of our 30-year history and the fact that we've been able to offer what we think is exemplary customer service.

We discovered was there was no company that offered any type of application data. Unless you know what you need by part number, there was no way you could determine what you needed to order. Upon further investigation we discovered that when various customers called the suppliers they got the same results. No part number - no order.

AERO carries everything a customer could need, including Lycoming Cylinders, Titan Cylinders and Continental Cylinders, always at the lowest prices. AERO stocks thousands of aviation part numbers and our goal is to have the majority of the part numbers linked to application.

1976

The nation see red, white and blue as the United States celebrates the 200th anniversary of independence and AERO Aviation Company has its humble, yet successful beginning as an engine overhaul shop for Continental and Lycoming piston engines.

1983

This was a pivotal year for A.E.R.O. A tough decision was made to change our focus from engine overhauls to cylinder and component overhauls. Once the decision was made it was not long before we became one of the largest component overhaul facilities in the country.

1997

A new company, a new logo and a new philosophy. In 1997 A.E.R.O. Inc. was established and the "In-stock company" became our formula to meet our customer's needs and to accelerate our continued success as one of the countries largest parts suppliers to the general aviation market.

When we took on the challenge of creating this web-site, we loooked at numerous web-sites with companies that offer similar products and what we discovered was there was no company that offered any type of application data. Unless you know what you need by part number, there was no way you could determine what you needed to order. Further investigation we discovered by various customers that even when you called the suppliers you got the same results. No part number - no order.
