Q:   OK so I have to ask...why all the periods in the name A.E.R.O. ???

A:   The A.E.R.O. stands for Aircraft Engine Rebuilding and Overhaul, a moniker from our
early history when we rebuilt engines and overhauled cylinders and components.  A.E.R.O.
has been keeping customers like you happy for more than 30 years with quality of
product and excellence in customer service.

Q:   What if I don't have a part number?  Will you still help me?

A:   Yes.  We discovered there was no company that offered any type of application data. 
Unless you knew what you needed by part number there was no way you could determine
what you needed to order.  We found that when customers called suppliers they always
got the same results.  No part number - no order.  We worked hard to link part numbers to
application data for you.  You can go to

for most common engines.  If your engine isn't listed, help is only a phone call away at
800-362-3044.

A:   A.E.R.O., Inc. is unique in many ways.  We're willing to help you if you don't have a part
number. We stock very nearly everything we sell which is why our website is

have been with the company since its very beginning in 1976.  We ship very nearly

Q:   How can I open an account with A.E.R.O. ?

 A:   If you
register on our website, an account will be established in our system for you.  If
you have ever purchased from us over the phone but not on the website, you will need to
contact us to get your customer number so you can register for an online account.  This is
very important so that your online account is linked to your account in our home system.

Q:   Can I buy at the wholesale level?

 A:   If you are an FBO, Flight School or Maintenance Facility, please contact one of our
Sales Reps to inquire about wholesale level pricing.

Q:  How can I pay for my order?

 A:   You can pay by most major credit cards, wire transfer, or COD certified funds.  If you would like
COD company check or a net terms account you will need to submit a credit application.

Q:   When will my order ship?

 A:   We ship most orders the same day, right up until 4:30 pm Central.  There are a few items that
we do not stock that we will ship directly from the manufacturer.  If you have a backordered item,
please speak with a
Sales Rep to determine when you can expect  your part.

Q:   What shipping companies do you use?

 A:   UPS is our preferred shipper, but we can ship Fed-X, DHL, and truck freight.
