APS Brakes Expands BlackSteel Product Line
FAA-PMA received on 31 new APS Brake Disc for Most Medium Twins and AG applications!
Granite City, IL — October 25th, 2006 Aviation Products Systems, Inc. announced FAA-PMA approval for 31 new APS BlackSteel Brake Discs. These new discs enable more customers the opportunity to benefit from our unique hardening process that reduces corrosion, pitting, and rusting, equating to a longer service life and lower operating cost. The new FAA approvals are for popular models like the Cessna 300 and 400 series, Piper Cheyenne, Twin Commander 500 and 600 series, Mitsubishi MU2 series, Air Tractor, Aerostar, Raytheon Beech King Air Series and 18 series, and DeHaviland DH6. “Avpro is experiencing unprecedented success with the BlackSteel™ discs and now that we have discs that fit virtually every aircraft from the Cessna 150 to the Beech King Air we will be able to provide our customers with a broader product range,” said Roy Scott, Sales Manager for Aviation Products Systems, Inc. “With the availability of the larger 11 and 12 inch brake discs at unbeatable prices and first class quality, we expect more customers to make the move to AVPRO.”
